Exchange Policy:
Exchanging with Qirat is very easy and convenient. It is only available within the Kingdom and is available for 24 hours from the date ofreceiving the order. All you have to do is1- Contact the customer service team on the website or send them a message on WhatsApp.2- Provide them with (your order number - the alternative model - the required size) to submit a replacement request for you.After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are present, the replacement order will be shipped immediately.
Replacement terms:1- The product must be in its original condition and unused, and the card on the item must not be removed, with the packaging and carton
complete.2- The customer bears the full shipping cost, and if the product is defective or there is an error, Qirat bears the full costs3- The amount paid for shipping fees and cash on delivery fees will not be refunded to the customer.4- After the policy is issued by Qirat, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the company within 24 hours5- Replacement is available only once and the replacement order cannot be retumed6-Non-exchangeable products (tie, necklace, accessories section products)7- Free delivery offers do not include replacement, in the event of replacement, the customer bears the full cost8- Discounted items can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value.9- The price of the replaced part must be higher than the old part or the same price.
